When we’ve discussed your needs and your dates are confirmed I’ll send you an invoice and a house sitting contract by email. Please respond by email saying that you have read and agree to the terms in the contract.
50% of the fee is payable to secure the booking, and 50% is payable one week before the sit begins. At this point the fee is non-refundable. I would be grateful for as much notice as possible about any cancellations, a week at the very least.
I will also send you a link to a form to fill in. This will give me all the details I need about your pets and your home. We can, of course, discuss any specific requirements directly.
I will ensure at all times that your animals and your home are treated with the utmost care and respect.
It is very helpful if I can reach you during your holiday and if you are willing to answer any little questions that may arise. There can be small things that neither of us has thought to discuss!
My needs are basic! I need a living space in a habitable condition, a bed, hot water, heating in the winter, and the all-important wifi! Apart from that I will bring everything I need, including all food (I eat a very specific diet).
I take genuine delight in leaving your house clean and tidy, ready for your arrival home.
