I’m a musician and a PA for a good friend. I work from home (or from wherever I find myself!)

Growing up on the Welsh hills we had ponies, cats, chickens and ducks. I enjoyed galloping over the hills when I was old enough to ride out by myself. I was used to livestock at friends’ houses – late winter often found a ‘cade’ (orphan) lamb in the kitchen by the fire!

I haven’t owned a pet for many years because I’ve been doing a lot of travelling, but I very much appreciate spending time with animals; chatting with them, cuddling them (if they’re the cuddly type!), playing with them, and generally loving them completely.

I love horses, dogs, cats and all animals. I enjoy long walks, the countryside, forests, water and open spaces. I meditate regularly and find that pets often join in and come into a very relaxed space.

I have a small Ford Transit Custom van (only just longer than an an estate car, but with a high top), which will one day be converted into a all-season camper! At the moment it’s a summer van.

I’m a musician: a singer/songwriter, guitarist, pianist and poet. I’m just beginning to learn about music production.

I’m a non-smoker, non-drinker, and a clean and tidy person.
